LED T8 light bulbs are tube-shaped with a diameter of 1 inch, commonly used as a replacement for traditional fluorescent T8 bulbs.
LED FT Dulux L direct replacement light bulbs operate on instant start electronic ballasts. There's no need for an external driver and no expensive contractor re-wire necessary. You just want to make sure that the ballasts you have are instant start ballasts, these lamps do not operate on the rapid start version. Fortunately, most existing FT Dulux L installations utilize the instant start electronic ballast. You can check the ballast label and that will definitively tell you which one you have.
