You can save energy by replacing old style T12 lamps with new electronic ballasts and T8 lamps, the simplest of retrofit ideas. It comes with a 5-year warranty so you won't have to worry about early failure, we've got you covered. The case size is a trim style but will fit into existing slots in any 8 foot lighting fixture you're trying to retrofit. It has a multivolt feature of 120 or 277 volt which automatically senses which voltage you have and sets it for correct operation.
