Common questions.

How long does it take to ship?
Most orders will ship within 24-48 hours. Most customers get the product they ordered in 3-5 days. Some light fixture products that are configured for specific options will typically take longer.

I'm looking for a product on your website, how can I find it?
We have a powerful search tool which makes it possible to find what you're looking for. The search box on the top left column menu is simple to use, type in what you're looking for in the box and it will return results for you. We might suggest to be somewhat general in your description, if you have a PAR30 light bulb, type in PAR30 and you will see the choices that qualify. If you have one of our product item numbers, simply search using that number to find the exact product.

Are all your products made in the USA and what does that mean in today's marketplace?
No, that would be impossible in today's global lighting market. To clarify, we try to sell USA manufactured products whenever possible. USA manufactured products are items that are assembled and made here in the US from domestic and foreign components. If you have any questions regarding the status of whether a product is made in the USA, you will see designation on the product detail page or contact us; we would be happy to help you.

What is BAA (Buy American Act) Compliance?
For a product to be qualified as a domestic end product under the Buy American Act, the product must be manufactured, mined, or produced in the United States and more than 55% of the cost of the components in the product must be manufactured in the United States (i.e., cost of components test). 

How do I checkout with product added in my shopping cart?
After adding a product to the shopping cart, you will see the items added to the cart on the upper right, then click the checkout button, and you'll go through the checkout process. We will ask for your e-mail, shipping/billing address, delivery choice, payment information including credit card and then you'll get a printable confirmation page when you're done. You'll also get an e-mail for your records on the order you just placed; it's easy and secure! You have the option to create an account AFTER your order is placed. But you don't have to, you can simply checkout as a guest.  Please note: All transactions are charged in US dollars.

Will my product arrive undamaged? And what if there's a problem?
We take great care in packaging your product, and our damage rate is extremely low as a result. We rarely have a damage issue, but if there is, we will replace the damaged product at no charge to you. Here's a link to our customer service and return policy.

Is my personal information kept private?
Yes, your information is private and is only used for the processing of an order, that's it. All information is encrypted, so no one but authorized employees have access. We respect your privacy because that's the way we want it ourselves when we do business online.
