F96 T8 retrofit lighting kit is a complete set of components that allow you to convert one lamp 8-foot fixtures to a two lamp T8 configuration. It's an easy retrofit that eliminates the need for long, cumbersome 8-foot lamp to more convenient 4 foot. The electronic ballast is so reliable that they have a 5-year warranty and can operate lamps for much longer. It saves energy by merely converting 8 foot T12 slimline lamps to T8's. Imagine having only one type of fluorescent lamp in use whether it be in an office or warehouse. This is often used in conjunction with the more popular four lamp version which is used to replace dual eight-foot lamps.
