The light output and color are like existing fluorescent, making them a quick, easy change, just replacing the bulbs you have now. There are several color choices including full spectrum 5000K. These LED fluorescent retrofit are great for areas that are hard to reach because these have a 10 year life which means you won't be changing bulbs for years. The ballast must be bypassed to operate these on 120 volt.
