Bipin halogen JC G4 base 12 volt halogen light bulbs are some of the smallest bipin versions made today. They go in fixtures that have a very small area and sometimes these might seem very tight. The pin spacing is 4 mm and that's what the G4 base stands for. The 12 volt is what's usually used in these very small bipin halogen light bulbs. It's important that you don't touch the glass when installing them as skin oil can react with the glass causing shorter lamp life. Most of these come with a plastic outer container which you can use to install the bulb, just make sure that the lamp is off before you do that.
