2x4 foot fluorescent parabolic T8 retrofit kit is a complete set of components that allow you to convert 3 lamp T12 2x4 foot fixtures to a much more energy efficient 2 lamp T8 2x4 reflector configuration. It's an easy retrofit that comes with better light as well. It makes possible taking an old T12 light fixture to a T8 fixture with maintained light levels and reaping all the energy savings of over 50% over the system you have now. The electronic ballast is so reliable that they have a 5 year warranty and can operate lamps for much longer. Along with all that, you'll have less bulbs to change in the building.
